Overall: It has been wonderful from the start They are incredibly helpful and always [evolving] to make their program the BEST it can be for us I like that they focus on smaller campgrounds- the personal touch is important

Pros: Its incredible that their team knows you by name, calls and check in on you frequently, communicates updates and info weekly- they are so easy to work with and always available. We were a brand new campground and [an employee] took her time helping me understand the ins and outs and trained me on the functionality. Now they offer to train ALL of our team members

Cons: Any change I wanted to see, to help me use the program more efficiently was communicated and usually worked into the lrogram. I have nothing negative to say
