Overall: It has been wonderful from the start They are incredibly helpful and always [evolving] to make their program the BEST it can be for us I like that they focus on smaller campgrounds- the personal touch is important

Pros: Its incredible that their team knows you by name, calls and check in on you frequently, communicates updates and info weekly- they are so easy to work with and always available. We were a brand new campground and [an employee] took her time helping me understand the ins and outs and trained me on the functionality. Now they offer to train ALL of our team members.

Cons: Any change I wanted to see, to help me use the program more efficiently was communicated and usually worked into the program. I have nothing negative to say.

Reasons for Choosing Campground Commander: Ease of use, personal features and Mary & Karl were so easy to work with.

  3. Our software developers are continuously updating and improving our reservation software according to the needs and “asks” of our customers.
  4. We understand the importance of customer input and encourage our customers to let us know new features that would make running their campgrounds more efficient
  5. When a customer asks for a new feature it is placed on our Management/Developer communication list in priority of importance. As we move through those items in highest importance, we often contact our customers for their input on next items they would like us to add.
  6. Weekly or bi-weekly emails are sent out to all of our customers letting them know new improvements/features that have been added to our software
  7. Since our software is “Cloud Based”, updates are automatically pushed to ALL of our customers at no charge to them.
