For history buffs, Old World Wisconsin is sure to entertain as history comes alive through this 1800 to early 1900s settlement or maybe an afternoon in the free MacKenzie Wildlife area provided through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources housing live animals native to the area. A short jaunt down the road takes you to Rock N Wool Winery for a quiet evening over a glass of wine or to enjoy the events this winery offers.
Back at the campground, a cool dip in the pool, rides on the campground train, or fun on the jumping pillow is sure to please all youth, young and teen alike! The “heavy thinkers” may want to try their brains at a giant chess game or try their legs on an adult pedal bike. Corporations will love to create “team building” skills around this campground’s remote control course and possibly even participate in the Remote Control course competition over Labor Day.
